This is one of my "cheat eating" places I go to when I want to indulge in something naughty! My usual is a falafel (easy on the sauce), cheesy chips and a cookie.
I would avoid the cookies, they don't taste fresh and I'm sure they are not made on the premises.
However... unlike the other reviews my falafel has never been dry. It's fresh and filling. The cheesy chips has the right amount of cheese and they give you a hearty portion of chips for a good price. -

If done right, a falafel can satisfy even a carnivore. Unfortunately, this place was just not it. My husband had the lamb wrap and I had the falafel wrap. The worker seemed nice. He said all the falafels are made fresh every morning (prompting my decision to order the falafel wrap). However, upon tasting this wrap, not only were the falafels bland, but it tasted stale. He might as well strain and dump a can of chickpeas, lettuce, slab it with the equally as bland hummus and give it to me - because that was what it tasted like.
I'm a strong advocate of not wasting food but I couldn't even finish my damn "wrap". Tried to feed it to the birds at Regent's Park and even they wouldn't eat it.
Hubby was not happy with his soggy lamb wrap either - the owner basically drowned the wrap in a "house dressing" and spicy sauce.
Nice worker, but naaahhhhhhh...no thanks. -

Beware of their location at Leicester Square: is a serious tourist trap. Ate there with my wife and two kids and was probably the worst meal we have ever had together. We came in not expecting anything great, but never thought a place can be so bad. Everything that was served was old, poorly cooked, dry, and seemed recycled. We ordered, falafel in pita, lamb in pita bread, a margarita pizza and a pastry. None of us was able to eat what they ordered - something that has never happened before. Fortunately, the bill was just £30...

Open late, with wraps priced just below four quids a pop (heft comparable to a decent sized San Diego burrito - for those who know) all served to me in under 45 seconds' time, King of Falafel is how I prefer to end my evenings in Camden Town.
Did I mention it's strategically positioned adjacent to World's End? Yay! -

Satisfying falafel wrap with hummus, but nothing mind blowing. Small shop with a few tables and chairs with an outdoor section.
